Environmental Policy
Michigan Rod Products is a manufacturer of hot headed, cold headed and wire-formed products including: exhaust hanger attachment brackets, hood support rods, various braces, welded assemblies, washers, straight and cut blanks, and scissor jack operating screws.
Michigan Rod Products is committed to continual improvement, the preservation of the environment, and prevention of pollution through a documented, implemented, and maintained Environmental Management System. Michigan Rod Products will utilize ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems to achieve these commitments and to reduce the environmental impact of our operations. Michigan Rod Products will comply with applicable legal requirements, along with self-imposed and customer / community requirements, that relate to its environmental aspects.
Michigan Rod Products Senior Management will sustain its Environmental Management System by developing, communicating, and periodically reviewing established environmental objectives and targets. Employees, suppliers, and subcontractors will be involved and instrumental in the Environmental Management System.
This policy will be communicated to all employees, persons working on behalf of Michigan Rod Products and parties interested in the performance of our Environmental Management System.
